A complete renovation of the fourth-floor shared amenity spaces serving three condominium communities in Mississauga. B Tek managed the construction, trades, material installations and finishing work in accordance with the approved design and finish schedules, delivering durable, modern and welcoming common areas for residents.

Lobby Refurbishment Project
A comprehensive refurbishment of the main lobby and P1–P4 elevator corridors at Beyond the Sea Condominiums in Toronto. The project included demolition, custom security desk finishes, flooring and wall upgrades, stonework, painting, new doors, lighting and electrical modifications—delivering a modern, refined and durable interior while minimizing disruption to residents.

Lobby and Corridor Renovation
A large-scale interior renovation at The Shermount, transforming the main lobby, reception, party room, kitchen, library, laundry room, washrooms, elevators, parking-level corridors and residential hallways from the 2nd to 10th floors. The project incorporated custom millwork, feature walls, upgraded lighting, carpet, tile, stonework, wallcoverings and refinished doors to create cohesive, modern and durable common spaces.

Hallways Refurbishment
A full refurbishment of the residential corridors and elevator lobbies The Junction, based on the selected “Elevated Industrial” design. Inspired by Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood, the project combines earth tones, deep blues, fluted wood-look wall panels, commercial-grade wallcoverings, porcelain tile, carpet tile and upgraded lighting to create warm, contemporary and durable common areas.
