A multi-phase terrace restoration addressing deteriorated decking, roof waterproofing and drainage deficiencies. The project included partial roof membrane repairs at perimeter upturns, installation of an additional roof drain, and replacement of the existing terrace decking with a carefully levelled composite or Ipe wood system—improving drainage, durability and the overall appearance of the outdoor amenity space.
